Every new patient visit starts with an exam. During this visit, Dr. Adlakha takes time to review any dental concerns that you may have, as well as the information gathered during the exam. We value being able to spend one on one time with patients to ensure all questions are answered and that your primary needs are met first. If there is treatment recommended, it is compiled onto a “Treatment Plan” for you to review and refer back to. The treatment plan will also show a corresponding “ Fee Schedule”

Determining Corresponding Fee Schedule:

For Patients that have insurance:

– Each insurance company assigns to certain fee to each individual procedure. This list of fees given to our office my each individual insurance company is called a “fee schedule.” Fee schedules may vary based on your insurance company as well as the type of policy you have with that company.

– Your treatment plan will show the negotiated fees for each procedure given to us by your insurance, as well as what they estimate your discounts to be, and what they estimate your out of pocket costs to be.

– In addition to filing your claims, if you max out of your insurance before the end of your term and would like to continue any treatment you may have, will will honor your insurance fee schedule instead of utilizing our office fees.

For Patients without Insurance or Out of Network

– If we are out of network with your insurance, or you don’t have dental coverage, we are able to offer an In House Dental Savers plan, to provide additional discounts to our office fee schedule.

Options for payment, regardless of corresponding fee schedule:

Pre- Pay Discount
We are able to provide a discount for procedures that are paid for at the time of scheduling the procedure appointment.

Pay as you go
Pay for treatment in full as it is rendered.

Forms of Payment
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, all credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account)/FSA (Flexible Spending Account). Payments for services are due at the end of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

In-house Payment Plan
We offer an in-house payment plan option to for our patients who are interested in spreading out their payments. A down payment is taken during the time of scheduling, then a credit card is kept on your file. Your monthly payments for these in-house payment plans are processed on the 15th of every month with the card on file until your payment plan is complete.

Care Credit
Care Credit is another great option outside of our in-house payment plans. Any treatment or group of treatment that exceeds an out of pocket amount of $200 is eligible for payment through Care Credit.

This is a 3rd party credit card. They incur your out of pocket cost to our office at the day of your appointment, then you make monthly payments to them as you would a regular credit card. You can exten your monthly installments to Care Credit up to 2 years.
